Jonathan Hoyle, CBE

Lockheed Martin International Vice President for Europe

Jonathan Hoyle has been Vice President for Europe at Lockheed Martin International since February 2014. He is responsible for Lockheed Martin’s strategic direction in Europe, leading a regionally-based team charged with identifying new business opportunities and establishing and maintaining partnerships to develop and implement long term growth based strategies. He is based in London but travels extensively in the UK and US.  Before he joined Lockheed Martin, Jonathan held senior positions in the UK Government, including at the Ministry of Defence, both in the UK and at the British Embassy in Washington DC.

In April of 2011 accepted current position as Director, Supply Chain Management for the Special Programs Line of Business. Relocated to Denver, CO in June of 2011.  Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 1982 and a Master’s degree in Project and Construction Management from Golden Gate University in 1990.

Karen Duneman

Director, Global Science and Technology Engagement Lockheed Martin Corporation

Karen Duneman is Director of Global Science and Technology Engagements at Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for creating and utilizing a worldwide network of technical relationships to accelerate international and US sales and improve profitability. Ms. Duneman previously served as Engineering Director of Lockheed Martin’s C4ISR Systems Line of Business, overseeing the technical content of a diverse portfolio of programs, internal investments, and new business opportunities. Chief of Staff to Jonathan Hoyle, Vice President for Europe

Claire joined Lockheed Martin in June 2016.  She is responsible for running the office for LMI VP Europe, Jonathan Hoyle, ensuring that his strategic direction across Europe is implemented and that his operational commitments are successfully delivered. Claire is based in London but connects into a wider Lockheed Martin Europe team located at seven European offices.  She coordinates LMI Europe’s major initiatives in the region. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Claire worked in the UK Government for almost 20 years, holding a variety of analyst, reporting and Private Secretary roles.

Mark R. Miller

Mark R. Richard T. Rushton

Director, Maritime Integrated and Missile Defense Systems, Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors

Richard Rushton, CAPT, USN, Retired, is the Director of Maritime Integrated Air and Missile Defense Systems at Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training in Moorestown, NJ, United States of America.  A 30-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in air and missile defense operations and maritime warfare capabilities. His experience includes Maritime Operations, Aegis Air Defense System, Battle Force Air Defense Operations, Network-Centric Capabilities, and Information Technologies.

Stephen P. Sheehy

Director for F-35 Sustainment Strategy and Business Development

Steve Sheehy is the Director for F-35 Sustainment Strategy and Business Development.  He develops the sustainment strategies for the F-35 enterprise and nations required to support an effective and affordable program.  Through his close working relations with the F-35 Sustainment Execution organization, he ensures the strategy is linked to a seamless executable plan. Steve started with Lockheed Martin in 2010 following a career in the US Air Force.
